March is women’s history month, and we thought we’d celebrate some of the women rocking it in the wine, spirits, and labeling industries.
This is by no means an exhaustive list of awesome women in the industry, but it’s a small snapshot of those making a big impact.
Sondra Baker
Sondra is the co-owner of Mujen Spirits, which specializes in sochu, a distilled spirit crafted in Japan for more than 500 years.
Olivia Bue
Olivia is a winemaker at Robert Renzoni Vineyards, which has been crafting wines wince 1886.
Alison Crowe
Alison is the director of winemaking at Plata Wine Partners, which helps build wine brands from end-to-end.
Dominique Gonzales
Dominique is the founder of Root Elixirs. She turned her love of mixology into a thriving premium cocktail brand.
Julia Pennington
Julia is the owner of Animal Spirits and Hera the Dog Vodka, where she combines her loves of animals and premium spirits.
Sarah Shadonix
Sarah is the founder and CEO of Scout and Cellar, which is dedicated to clean crafted wine.
Dana Volk
Dana is the owner of Dana V. Wines where she crafts small-lot wines.
