We're proud to be a part of this amazing full-day conference and trade show: the only one of its kind in the country! From winemakers to winery operations managers, from sales and purchasing managers to wine marketers, attendees will enjoy a full day of learning and discovery.

Pssst... winemakers like craft beer too! This month, we take inspiration from a prominent brewery's experience. The Blackberry Farm Brewery, part of an exclusive retreat in Walland, Tenn., won the Gold at the recent World Beer Cup for its Classic Saison. Recently, Andrew Noye decided to combine their award-winning beer with our award-winning labels, and switched all of their label printing to Labeltronix.

Here's how he describes the difference: "Our old label paper would become saturated with condensation, then it would tear, peel and slip. We converted all of our labels to the Classic Crest paper. Now we don't have those problems. Our labels stay in place when wet - and they look beautiful! We have been quite pleased with the results from using Classic Crest - and Labeltronix." Q: My brand is doing OK, but I wonder if it needs a refresh. How do I know if I should give that a try?

A: Good question: should you mess with success? It's well worth exploring. Sometimes a designer will look at your well-known label and see ways to tweak it for greater impact.

Refreshing your label is the topic of an article by Tony Auston in Wine Business Monthly, and he takes a long and interesting look at the topic. His conclusion: With a label refresh, you could attract new customers and increase sales. You could increase the perceived value of your product, even to existing customers. Or, an improved label could justify a price increase. Ask us for a designer recommendation.
