Q. What type of wine label printing does Labeltronix do?
A. Flexography, Digital, Hot Foil Stamping, Embossing, Silk Screen, Consecutive Numbering.
Q. How many colors can Labeltronix print?
A. Up to 8 colors
Q. Do you have a minimum order for wine labels?
A. Digitally printed wine labels are a $250 minimum order and Flexographic labels are a minimum of $2,500. We can print as few labels as necessary as long as the order meets the minimum charge.
Q. What size jobs can you handle?
A. We have the capacity to print quantities in the millions.
Q. How much do wine labels cost?
A. Every label job is unique and there are many variable factors, such as label size, type of paper, number of colors, whether foiled and/or embossed. Send us your wine label specifications and one of our knowledgeable sales representatives will contact you to go over your needs. Contact Us.
Q. How quickly can I receive a wine label quotation?
A. You should almost always receive your pricing within minutes of your request.
Q. When can I expect a proof of my label?
A. Within 24 hours of receipt of the order and the final artwork.
Q. How will I receive a proof of my label?
A. We use PDF proofs which are emailed to you. We can also produce a press proof for a Digital order which is your wine label design on the exact material that has been quoted and with the finish your final label will receive. For Flexographic orders we can offer a Cromalin match proof for color evaluation for 4-Color Process orders.
Q. How do I receive a password to upload files?
A. Create your own password when you login to upload artwork.
Q. How quickly will I receive my wine label order?
A. Digital: 3 – 5 days from proof approval, Flexo: 5 – 10 days from proof approval.
Q. How can Labeltronix help my winery convert to pressure sensitive?
A. We have a complete understanding of labeling applications and can pair our label knowledge with various label applications.
Q. What line screen are you able to print?
A. Up to 200 line screen
Q. What type of artwork do you require?
A. Our Pre-Press Department is on a Mac platform and uses Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, FreeHand, and Quark. You may upload your art files using our password protected file upload utility located in the Digital Pre-Press Section of our website. We also accept ZIPs, CDs, and floppy disks. We can convert traditional film as well but it's not preferred. More information.
Q. What kind of papers are available in pressure sensitive?
A. There are many traditional and new papers available. Please email us at: info@labeltronix.com and request paper samples.
Q. Can Labeltronix make changes to a wine label?
A. Yes, we have on-site Graphic Artists and we also partner with Damion Hickman Designs.
